Wild Women’s Journey
2026 

The wild women’s journey takes place over six months – from January to June 2026.

Every month, our tribe of women will meet, in nature or our cosy nest, to move our bodies – practicing yoga to release the tension of every-day life, connect with nature and the seasons of the earth and allow the inner wisdom of our bodies to be heard.  We’ll sit in circle alongside other women, to explore the ups and downs of life together, to listen, laugh and cry in accompaniment of each other, and share fresh, organic food together.

Each woman will also have an hour-long personal Focalizing therapy session with me each month, online or in-person, where we will go deeper into your individual experience and explore the unique challenges in your life.

Focalizing is a super accessible therapy that allows us to work together on a deeper body level without needing to go into detail with words. It works to allow your experiences to be processed by the body, and release it from tension and stagnation. Find our more about Focalizing Here.

Places will be limited to eight women, so we can build a close and trusting community. 

Individual sessions can be in English or Spanish, and group sessions will be either Spanish or English or a mix of both, depending who our attendees are.

Examples of what our monthly in-person workshops will include:

  • Movement practices from yoga, tai chi, chi gung, dance 

  • Guided Focalizing meditations to tap into the deepest wisdom of our bodies

  • Being in a beautiful natural temple and connecting with the seasons of the earth through ritual, celebration and guided nature connection practices 

  • Women’s circle with opportunity to share and listen to other women 

  • Shared, seasonal and organic food

  • Swim in a natural spring water pool or keep warm around a cosy fire 

  • Deep relaxation and nourishment 

In essence, a playground for women! For us to enjoy being together, free from responsibilities and schedule.

Individual sessions 

You will have access to one personal, hour-long session each month with me, online via Zoom or in person. 

These sessions are a chance to go deeper into any specific issues, or challenges you are facing or intentions you have for life. Focalizing sessions invite you to listen in to what the body needs to communicate in order to process emotions and experiences and ultimately, heal. 

It’s a gentle yet powerful process and you can share as little or as much detail about your challenges as you like.

This is for you if:

  • You can never find time for yourself in the month. 

  • You feel like you’re running on empty and need to fill up your cup.

  • You serve everyone else’s needs before your own and have nothing left for you.

  • You are ‘tired and wired’ – feeling deeply tried but also unable to sleep well or fully relax.

  • You long to find your tribe and share the experience of life alongside other women.

  • You have aches and pains or recurring physical symptoms that could be connected to stress.

  • Your body is asking you to listen but you don’t know how or don’t have the time.

Through this journey you will experience:

  • Being deeply confident in your ability to tap into your inner resources whenever anxiety, stress, or overwhelm arise

  • Able to navigate life’s highs and lows with greater ease, processing emotions in a healthy, grounded way rather than being over-whelmed or shut down by them.

  • Reconnecting with your body in a way that’s empowering and healing — you’ll learn to listen to its signals, release built-up tension, and work with it, not against it.

  • Transforming how you relate to others, becoming clearer about your needs and more skilful at expressing them — leading to deeper, more authentic relationships.

  • A deep, embodied connection to the wisdom of the seasons – learning how the cycles of nature mirror the rhythms within your own body. Discover how to work with these energies, not against them, to feel more grounded, resilient, and in flow throughout the year.

  • The strength of sisterhood – Being held by a supportive circle of women who walk beside you. Experiencing the healing power of being truly seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s transitions—together.

Finca Jazmin, de Balastar, en Farajan, Serranía de Ronda

A beautiful, private finca, in the Genal valley. Close to the ‘Naciemento de Balastar’, a spring water well and natural free flowing ‘chorreras’ waterfalls. You’ll be free to explore the huerto, lie on the grass and swim in the natural swimming pool. 

There is a little house, with kitchen and bathroom and everything we need. 

Note that participants will need to walk the 10 minutes to the finca from the village of Farajan. It is a wide, cement road, but steep in places.

Centro Daya, Ronda

A cosy and calming sala in the centre of Ronda. With absolutely everything we need to support us in our time together. We will usually only use this in case of bad weather (a lot of rain or very cold).

Dates

The group sessions will take place from 10 am – 2pm on the dates below. There is an invitation to bring some food to share for lunch in the finca afterwards. For those who would like to stay on longer, there will also be time to swim, relax and chat up until 4pm.

May

May is a yoga teacher, women’s circle facilitator and focalizing practitioner who has been running workshops with women in nature for over ten years. 

Life experience - dealing with anxiety, fear, control and the challenges of motherhood in the modern world, also inform her work and practice. 

She offers total compassion in working with women from all walks of life and welcomes them to bring all of their complete, whole and perfectly messy selves to their sessions together. 

Her work focuses on bringing participants into whole presence, through nature connection, movement or connection with self or others. She believes that in this state of deep presence and acceptance of our current experience, is where true healing and release is to be found. 

Her trainings include the 200 hr Vashishta Yoga Teacher Training in India, the 500 hr (Scaravelli-inspired) Independent Yoga Teacher Training in London,  Certified Practitioner Training with the Focalizing Institute in New York, Mother Nature Circles Guide, and a Life Coach Certificate with MOE, London.

Cost

The suggested donation for the six-month programme is between 80 € - 95 € per month, including the individual session, the group workshop and WhatsApp support via our closed group. 

For payments in full, at the beginning of the course there is a discount, making it 445 € for the six months. 

Otherwise, you can pay at the beginning of each month, or in three bi-monthly installments.

This includes the personal Focalizing session and the group workshop every month.

Plus access to a dedicated Whatsapp group for support during the programme, including the recordings of guided meditations that we use in the group sessions. 

I am open to exploring part work-exchange payments also – if you have a suggestion do get in touch.
